Before sending a message, please, bear in mind the regulations of Federal Law N59-FZ of 2 May 2006 "On the procedure of consideration of applications of citizens of the Russian Federation" that took effect on 2 November 2006. Paragraph 1, article 11 of the Law, runs that provided that the last name of the citizen who submits an application and the postal address to which the response is to be sent are not indicated in the written application, the response will not be given.
