From the 5-th to the 19-th of November the Internet Reception of the President of KBR (www.president-kbr.ru) received 152 messages. The bigger part – 32% of them is dedicated to the housing problems, 23% to the questions of housing and communal services, 10% are projects and offers, 9% - are job posting requests, 9% - are related to the problems of education, 8% - contain criticism of the authorities, 5% are public health issues, and 4% of people thanked the President.

Sultan Khutatov from Saint-Petersburg expresses his regret that motor sports is not well developed in Kabardino-Balkaria. “My brother and I are masters of sports and would like to participate in the development of motor sports in the republic, we could coach at children and youth schools” – offers Sultan.

On a commission of the President of KBR the letter was answered by the minister of sports of KBR Aslan Afaunov. He accentuated that “Today Chegem motordrome is functioning very effectively. Laps of Kabardino-Balkar opened carting championship together with different level motor competitions are held there every year. It is also used for training in motor sports. “Kabbalkavtodrom” decided to repair the road carpet of the motordrome in 2011 on its own account. Taking into consideration Khutatov brother’s rich experience, skills and will to coach high level sportsmen, the KBR Republican Branch of the Russian Public and State Organization “Voluntary Society for Cooperation with Army, Aviation and Fleet”, is ready to employ them to positions of carting coaches in the republican sports and technical club.”

Oksana Etezova from Nalchik asks the President to help reestablish the crosswalk and  install a “Crosswalk” traffic sign in Kirova street near the “Gorny” supermarket. The head of local administration Zalimgeri Khagasov replied that the crosswalk had already been reestablished.

Murat Sheriev from Baksan asks to help him realize his dream to enter “Guiness Book of Records”. “I can juggle a ball 12 000 times in average and this is enough to be registered in the “Book”. According to the information provided by the minister of sports Aslan Afaunov expenses on organization and arrangement of the record registration amount at 300 000 rubles and are to be paid by a requestor. Due to the fact that this arrangement is not budgeted the ministry cannot render its assistance in solving this problem. At the same time the ministry and the requestor agreed on registration of a ball juggling record to enter the “Russian Book of Records”.

Rasul Vadakhov from Nalchik thinks that the Central alley of Atazhukin Garden must be illuminated until 11 P.M. at least in the summer. “The alley is lighted only from the entrance to the second flowerbed and the only source of light on the way is the “Tea House” café. One would like to walk along the park in the evening not risking to stumble”.

Zalimgeri Khagasov mentioned that specialists of the outdoor lighting service of public corporation “Nalchik city electricity Networks Company” revised the current technical state of outdoor lighting in the city park of culture and leisure. “All malfunctions detected were quickly repaired, burnt lamps were replaced. Now lighting of the Central alley is on during evening and night” – said the city mayor.

Oleg Sidorenko from Nalchik addressed the President with the words of gratitude: “Being a teacher and a citizen I would like to thank you for the work you are doing. We see and appreciate what has been done during your presidentship term. All my family is sure that you can still do a lot of good both for our republic and Russia”.

The former Prime Minister of KBR Musa Dokshokov congratulated the President of KBR on the high state decoration - the “Order of Merit for the Fatherland” of IV-th grade. “I wish you strong health, further progress in your activities, aimed at social and economic development of the republic, at strengthening the national unity and friendship among its people – the basis for the successful solution of the future big tasks”.
