President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev signed the decree on decorating Arsen Bashirovitch Kanokov with the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 4^th Grade. The Order is awarded for his great contribution to the social and economic development of the Republic and many years of conscientious work.

The Order of Merit for the Fatherland is awarded for most outstanding contributions to the development of the State and its economy, to the development of culture and Art, sports achievements, strengthening peace and good relations between nations, and the State’s defense.
