The president of KBR Arsen Kanokov has commented on new personnel assignments at the meeting with the members of the KBR Government.

The Government has not been formed yet. However, the president had signed a number of decrees on the new structure of executive authorities and assignment of key posts in the cabinet counsel. Specifically, the membership of the deputy prime ministers has increased and almost fully changed. Now there are five of them instead of three in the previous government. The first deputy Prime Minister of the KBR Government is Adib Abregov. He is responsible for the financial and economic sphere. KBR Government Deputy Prime Ministers are: Tembulat Erkenov (Agro-Industrial Complex, natural resources and environmental conservation, forestry), Ivan Gerter (social sphere), Khauty Sokhrokov (ideology). Kyazim Uyanaev preserved his post as the deputy prime minister in the sphere of industry, fuel-energy complex, and housing and communal services. These appointments were conditioned by business and professional qualities. The main criteria – is the initiative and active life position of the officials, their ability to dynamically solve urgent problems. Their ability to establish constructive relationships with federal structures of the federal authorities is not less important – said Arsen Kanokov. He said he didn’t distinguish between “old and new” personnel and was not going to “criticize the past lest the present criticizes you”. The president added that he was not the supporter of “revolutionary changes”.   The national structure of the government has also been taken into consideration. Women will also be represented in the cabinet council. “Changes in the Government can not be put off, but I must admit that it is hard to part with people whom I had worked abreast for five years. I talked to them. I am sure care must be taken to keep such people. That’s why those who executed their duties conscientiously will be offered other posts. Their experience will be called for in the republic” – said the president.

Adib Abregov thanked the head of the republic on behalf of new appointees for his trust and assured that he would do his best to justify it. “I am not going to make it a secret that I wanted to be appointed. My colleagues and I will try not to fail you. We shall work as one team”.

Chief Federal Inspector in KBR Alexey Verbitsky and Speaker of KBR Parliament Anuar Chechenov congratulated Arsen Kanokov on the awarding The Order of Merit for the Fatherland and wished him successful work with “the team of professionals”.
